# On-demand webinar Deep learning assisted histopathological markers in Alzheimer’s disease

In this webinar Valentina Perosa, MD research fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, presents some applications of deep learning derived measures of histopathology in Alzheimer’s Disease.

We explore how histopathological hallmarks of Alzheimer’s Disease were objectively and precisely quantified in a related pathology: Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy. Importantly, the talk focuses on how these measurements innovatively contributed to a better understanding of pathophysiological mechanisms, such as perivascular clearance and neuroinflammation.
