We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Technical Account Manager. In this position, you play a key role in ensuring that the integration process of Aiforia products to customer systems (e.g. LIS, PACS) is successful.
You will negotiate and determine technical details with the customer IT organization, and communicate any new requirements to our development team.
You will support the sales process by representing our IT organization before and during the RFP stage to maximize the fit of our solution to the customer’s existing system. A technical account manager is required to be familiar with the technical aspects of the product and to be solution-oriented when faced with complex challenges.
To be successful in this role very strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. You are a strong analytical thinker, you collaborate easily with others, you are trustworthy and are able to build a strong internal and an external network of stakeholders remotely. You like to work with new technologies. Finally, you are a highly motivated professional with a positive mindset and perseverance.
