Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Technical Account Manager. In this position, you play a key role in ensuring that the integration process of Aiforia products to customer systems (e.g. LIS, PACS) is successful.

You will negotiate and determine technical details with the customer IT organization, and communicate any new requirements to our development team.

You will support the sales process by representing our IT organization before and during the RFP stage to maximize the fit of our solution to the customer’s existing system. A technical account manager is required to be familiar with the technical aspects of the product and to be solution-oriented when faced with complex challenges.

To be successful in this role very strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. You are a strong analytical thinker, you collaborate easily with others, you are trustworthy and are able to build a strong internal and an external network of stakeholders remotely. You like to work with new technologies. Finally, you are a highly motivated professional with a positive mindset and perseverance.


  • Understanding of cloud technologies and architectures.
  • Negotiation skills required to determine details with customer IT organizations.
  • A proven track record of technical account management or other relevant experience.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs.
  • A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly "grasp” business/healthcare environment and learn complex technical/clinical content.
  • Passion for people and medical technology.
  • Knowledge of digital pathology and/or imaging software applications are seen as an advantage.
  • MSc or BSc in Computer Science or other applicable field.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language.
