Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven IT manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure at Aiforia. Your primary duties include ensuring the security of the company’s IT systems and electronic data, supervising daily operations, as well as aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals.


  • Ensuring that IT security policies are up to date at Aiforia, so that we continue to meet the expectations of our customers in the demanding health technology domain.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining IT resources for the development team and other internal needs.
  • Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting IT systems to operate effectively.
  • Assessing vendors and developing test strategies for new hardware and software.


  • Experience in implementing and maintaining IT security policies.
  • Experience in managing cloud based services.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and its components.
  • Experience coordinating installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Ability to identify software needs.
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, and data storage systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in IT operations or other relevant positions.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and a strong ability to prioritize.
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
  • MSc or BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
